There are many benefits of being physically active including more energy, stronger muscles and bones and reduced stress.


In Nunavut there are many great locations and places to take part in fun, safe, physical activity, many of which are just outside your door and are available at no cost. Please click on the links below to view the current physical activity guidelines for different age groups.  These guidelines also identify ways to help you meet the recommended amounts of physical activity.
